FOR INCOMING JUNIORS & SENIORS!

This summer, from July 13-15, I will be hosting an in-person 3-day intensive to get students ready for college!

Students will learn everything there is to know about college, from choosing the right major and career to finding and applying to scholarships to setting goals for their future… and they will get to put all of that into practice!

In 1 week, all camp participants will:

• write the first draft of their personal statement/college essay
• create a resume ready to send to college & employers
• discover 10 scholarships to apply to
• define their interests to find the right major and career
• research 10 colleges/universities that fit their goals
• set smart goals for their summers and academic careers
• prepare for getting recommendation letters
• design a plan to impact their community

All this work will be done with the support and guidance of my college consulting team, each of us with nearly 10 years of experience!

This camp only costs $150, which means you’re paying $30 per day of camp!

This 1 week will save students hours of work during the school year and save families thousands of dollars for their college education!

🟡 About Me

Hello! My name is Laura Ballesteros-Gequelin.

I grew up in sunny southwest Florida, raised by two Brazilian immigrants. Even though I was a good student, when my junior year of high school came around, I still felt lost on how to apply to college. I was full of questions:

• How do I find scholarships?
• What score do I need on the SAT/ACT?
• How do I choose my major?
• How do I make myself the best applicant?
• How do I make my dreams come true?

With time, energy, and effort, I made it through! I went to Stanford University, I received several scholarships, I got full financial aid, and I graduated in the end.

The college application process helped me develop into who God made me to be. Since 2018, I have helped over 160+ students and families chart their course to college!

Daily Schedule

Our daily schedule will consist of a morning energizer, two sessions, and two research/writing blocks. Students will typically be split into junior and senior cohorts, but at times, we will be working altogether. The daily schedule will typically be as follows:
